Research Interests

My main interests are in host-parasite interactions, functional ecology, ecosystem functioning and dynamics, the rules of community assembly, the impacts of global changes, information use in ecology, phenotypic plasticity and population genetics. I work on fish and freshwater ecosystems. My researches are oriented around four main themes :

1) The ecology of host-parasite interactions

2) Intraspecific variability and ecosystem dynamics

3) Global changes and freshwater ecosystems

4) The structure of freshwater communities
